Refund policy

Returns

All returns need to be submitted to us within 14 days of being delivered. Items must be uninstalled, unmodified, and in the original packaging to be accepted for a return and refund. Some items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% + CC Fees, depending on the brand or manufacturer. Services such as tuning, cluster upgrades, and HVAC upgrades are NON REFUNDABLE. These are modified, made to order, professionally installed items that cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final for these services & products.

Killswitch Motorsports LLC is not responsible for any lost packages being returned to us by a customer requesting a return. For that reason, we strongly suggest insuring the package being returned for the items value.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Please fully inspect your items upon receiving them and contact us immediately for any issues.

Refunds and Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days if the return has been accepted.

If this is an exchange, the buyer will cover the return shipping costs. Once the product is received, we will inspect the prodcut and ask for a receipt of the shipping cost. Once confirmed, the replacement product will be shipped out and the cost of the shipping will be debited back to the customer.

Please remember that depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 7 days to process and post the refund.
